Liverpool Biennial is seeking a Head of Development and a Development Officer.

HEAD OF DEVELOPMENT

The Head of Development works with the Directors to create and implement the Development Strategy and to forge and develop innovative relationships with a diverse range of sponsors and supporters, ensuring a dynamic and sustainable funding portfolio for Liverpool Biennial. The successful post holder will maximise fundraising income from corporate sponsorship, individual giving, grants, trusts and foundations.

The post is a full time, open-ended contract until 31 August 2013 at salary band 2A (£41,000 per annum). Initial interviews will be held in Liverpool on 8 February 2013.

DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

The Development Officer works with the Head of Development to secure corporate, individual and public sector donors and with the Biennial team to deliver exceptional stakeholder relationships. The Development Officer will develop new relationships with funders and patrons and ensure that existing supporters continue to grow their investments.

The post is a full time, fixed-term contract to cover a maternity leave until 31 August 2013 at salary band 4B (£21,525 per annum). Interviews will be held in Liverpool on 1 February 2013.
