MEDIATION COORDINATORS
3 Temporary Posts (full-time/part-time)
Salary £15,888 per annum (pro-rata for part-time)

Liverpool Biennial has vacancies for three Mediation Coordinators as follows:
Post 1 6th May until 14th November full-time (37.5 hours a week)
Post 2 16th June until 14th November full-time (37.5 hours a week)
Post 3 16th June until 14th November part time (18.75 hours a week)
Contracted hours will include some evening and weekend working, and salary will be £15,888 per annum (pro-rata for part-time).
The Mediation Coordinators will be responsible for ensuring the provision of a high quality mediation and interpretation service for Liverpool Biennial 2014 and leading the team of Mediation Fellows, Mediators, and Young Fellows (the Mediation Team) who interact with audiences across the Biennial.
Alongside the Liverpool Biennial Team, the post holder will ensure that the Mediation Team are well prepared, knowledgeable, motivated and empowered to deliver an excellent experience as a team and for visitors. Successful candidates will also assist in the management of the experimental learning network The City Is a School and coordination, supervision, training and development of the Mediation Team. Coordinators will be responsible for opening/closing the venues and checking all equipment and facilities are adequate.

LIVERPOOL BIENNIAL
MEDIATION FELLOWS
12 Temporary Posts (23 June – 14 November 2014)
Salary £6.50 per hour

Liverpool Biennial is currently looking to appoint twelve Mediation Fellows for Liverpool Biennial 2014.
Successful candidates will lead a research team of volunteer Mediators and interact with audiences across the Biennial platforms, face to face and via other media. Alongside the Mediation Coordinators and the Liverpool Biennial Team, Mediation Fellows will ensure that all visitors to Liverpool Biennial 2014 are warmly welcomed and will be involved in organising and leading group tours. They will attend the experimental learning network The City Is a School and support the training and development of the team of volunteer Mediators. Mediation Fellows will also have some responsibility for maintaining the venues, reporting any issues and checking that equipment and facilities are adequate.
Posts may be offered on a full or part-time basis, and shifts will include weekend and evening work.
