The affiliation with the 5th Fukuoka Triennale, which will be held during the same period as the Busan Biennale 2014 in Fukuoka, a sister city that is geographically close to Busan, will seek mutual benefits in promoting the exhibitions as well as attracting visitors.

Through this agreement, the Busan Biennale 2014 and the 5th Fukuoka Triennale will utilize their existing networks in promoting the exhibitions. Also, to secure foreign visitors, a special benefit will be provided to the visitors, which will guarantee a free admission with a ticket from either of the two exhibitions. In other words, visitors can present their tickets from the Busan Biennale 2014 for free admissions at the 5th Fukuoka Triennale, and visitors can also present their tickets from the 5th Fukuoka Triennale for free admissions at the Busan Biennale 2014.
