Istanbul Biennial has released the full list of artists participating in this year’s 15th edition, which will take place between 16 September – 12 November. The exhibition curated by Elmgreen & Dragset will be staged in six venues around the concept of “a good neighbor”. The curatorial framework for the show was presented by the artists duo in May during an event hosted by the Biennial Foundation in Venice.
