Prospect New Orleans is in search of a Programming Assistant to work with the Programs & Community Engagement Manager to support public events, artist-led programs, youth and education programs, and some VIP & visitor service needs as part of Prospect.5: Yesterday we said tomorrow. About the Programming Assistant Role

The Part-time Programming Assistant will work closely with the Programming & Community Engagement Manager & Prospect staff in the planning, organizing, and staffing of public programs, community engagement initiatives; and Prospect.5 Communications needs. This role includes direct engagement with various New Orleans communities to engage groups and individuals around Prospect artists’ projects and Prospect programs.

The Programming Assistant should have a keen interest in arts-based programming, public art, and community engagement. They should be curious and eager to learn, as well as a natural problem solver and that works well both independently and as part of a small team.

Please note that this position has a likely termination point of January 23, 2022.
